Notary and Legalization Services in Thailand

About the Service

Marriage, divorce, birth and death certificates, diplomas, medical reports, bank documents are not legally recognized in other countries and in order for these documents to be considered valid across international borders, they must be legalized. Therefore, obtaining timely notary and legalization services in Thailand is essential.

It is important to note that Thailand does not have an apostille procedure. This is because Thailand is not a party to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents, which introduced the apostille system to simplify the process of document legalization. Instead, Thailand uses a more traditional legalization procedure, which involves confirming the authenticity of the document through a number of government agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy or consulate of the country in which the document will be used.

We specialize in providing comprehensive document legalization services for both clients seeking to use foreign documents in Thailand and those planning to legalize Thai documents for use abroad. Our team of experts is ready to provide professional support in both these areas, ensuring the accuracy and legal reliability of your documents.

In addition, we offer notary services such as certification of copies of documents, certification of contracts, as well as consultations on all issues related to legalization and notaries.
